Jiang pao, also written jiang bao, is a northern Chinese way of cooking built around jiang, the thick fermented sauces of that region. Toki's version, new to the menu, pairs crispy prawns with its own jiang pao sauce. Chili and tree nuts are both on the allergen list, so expect some heat and mention any nut allergy when you order.
